Brown allowed state employees to unionize. With that one decision, he caused far more harm to the state than Schwarzenegger ever could. And Schwarzenegger is 100% a product of idiot California voters... we threw out Gray Davis and elected Arnold to reform things. He presented an election of items for reform... and 60% of the state listened to hundreds of millions of dollars worth of whining by unions and special interests and rejected it. So of course he became just another Sacramento hack politician... that's what we wanted. We didn't want actual change... we just wanted someone new to lie to us.
